We've camped here twice now and loved it. The staff are all fantastic, super friendly and work really hard doing the rounds to chat and to make sure everyone is okay. There's loads of space and, on a sold out weekend, it didn't feel overcrowded. There is definitely some noise from cars on nearby roads, however it quietens right down after rush hour. Let's face it, if you want to camp inside the M25 there's going to be roads nearby! A big shout out to the duty manager, H, who really does go above and beyond to make for a great experience.

The experience would be perfect if it wasn't so close to the motorway. The nice was really annoying day and night. Otherwise everything great - the tent, bedding, toilets- all clean and welcoming. Great fire place, lots of wood and charcoal given. Warm shower available. You can park next to the tent. Rabbits are running around. We had good time. Thank you.

We stayed here for two nights/three days with not quite the full glamping package, but nearly. Two older adults with three young grandchildren. We had a large bell tent with one double and three single mattresses, matting on the floor, a lamp and five box crates that were useful for bedside tables or a couple on their sides made good food storage. There was also a picnic table by each tent, which we hadn’t expected. The tent had seen better days. There was a lot of mould on the canvas and the side vent netting had perished. The mattresses were clean, with a fitted sheet. For the price we were very disappointed to find portaloos. When we arrived they were in a bad state, but someone came quickly to clean them. Unfortunately they smelt dreadful through our whole stay despite the staff cleaning regularly. We are very used to this type of toilet at festivals and these were bad! I don’t think they were using anything like enough chemical in them. The children kept putting off doing to the toilet because of it. Luckily there are decent toilets in the car park and farm, so we were fine during the day. The showers were in shacks that had seen better days. Only one could be accessed without going through a sea of mud. The water was barely tolerably warm. The children found it far too cold. The water tap had no apparent drainage, so there was a swamp all round it. There were three sinks for handwashing and washing up. The soap dispensers didn’t work. There is an ever present rumble of noise from the M1, but it wasn’t enough to cause any trouble. The value for money of the fire pit and barbecue packages were very poor. We had already paid for the fire pit and then it was £50 extra for the BBQ package, which was the grill on a tripod, one spatula, one pair of tongs, one bag of fuel, some firefighters and matches. There were no fire tongs, which are really needed when making a BBQ in a fire pit. I spoke to someone else who just got two pairs of tongs, so it seems to be a bit random. If we had had room in the car we would have brought our own. We paid extra for passes to the farm and adventure playground, which were great for our three day stay. The ten year old found the adventure playground a bit lacking in challenge and went round the farm to please his sisters, but it wouldn’t do for any older children. They loved the bouncy castle in the play barn. They enjoyed “100 Aker Wood”, with Pooh, Piglet, Eyeore and Wol’s houses, and other places from Winnie the Pooh, though to an adult eye they need some TLC. Overall the kids had a great time, without needing to leave the park for other activities.

Worst campsite I've been to in England and I've been to quite a few campsites. The shower is exposed to the wind and it's really unpleasant to shower. The toilets are chemical and quite dirty. There is no electricity charging and in addition the site owners allow themselves to collect taxes for garbage recycling but define them as a donation which is of course mandatory. Look for another place.

Very bad experience I don't recommend this place last night every one was listening music but unfortunately we ware the only one evicted . The reason was we wore not English people. Any way the property it's next to the main road so cars noise any time the fences are in poor condition. Very bad experience .Also the staff service bad adult people with no self respect.
