In fact we had our own tent and it was a spontaneous trip, however, the staff on site shown an excellent customer service- starting from reception where we got a great welcome, everything explained and request fulfilled without hesitation, ending on camping site where we have been shown the exact parking and booked space to make up the tent. The place is dog friendly so our little friend also had a space to run freely and enjoy the play. Truly recommend and whenever possible, we will come back ♡

We stayed at this site for a week as my daughter and family live nearby. We were so happy with the standards of cleanliness, the positive and helpful attitude of the staff , in fact everything. We all enjoyed painting the stones for the snake, the herbs for picking were great and the play areas were great too. Thank you very much especially to Vicky and Chris who we spoke to the most. We'll definitely be back

A delightful site nestled in the Surrey hills, the site is well loved and looking beautiful.The pitches are a good size. The bathrooms were super clean. Some amazing walks are near by and you can be in London in the hour by train. Outside of the ulez charge zone. A special thanks to the wonderful team at Alderstead Heath we will definitely be back. Oh and the birds, absolutly divine.

Really excellent caravan park. Lovely vibe, very quiet. They let you plumb in water and grey drainage which is really nice to have as it saves a lot of walking.

This is a wondeful site. The location is lovely but it's the staff that really makes it special. Tina & Mark are friendly, professional, knowledgeable & as you would expect. A special personal thanks goes to Vicky & Chris, Assistant Managers who were so empathetic & kind. My Mum was in ESH due to suffering a stroke & the reason for my stay. They showed interest & time while getting on with their busy schedules. Facilities are clean & to top CAMC standard.
