Excellent site, wardens was so lovely and accommodating. Site is lovely, spacious pitches for both grass and hard standing pitches. We had a fully serviced super pitch which was perfect and a lovely large size - fit our twin caravan, Really well maintained. Lovely park for the kids, great location to keep an eye on the kids from the van. Toilets and shower blocks are very clean. Only ‘bug bear’ was the shower button only last 7sec and then you have to press again - no big drama though. also, the shower could do with a shelf to put your bag/clothes on. Would highly recommend visiting the site, especially if you’re going to Alton towers as it is literally less than a 10 minute drive away. great for families as the park keeps the kids entertained but also lovely and quiet for adults who want some R & R.

Absolutely fantastic, All staff are brilliant, friendly and very helpful. Big thank you to Neil who we met on arrival. Sorry don't know names of all the other staff. Toilets and showers Absolutely immaculate, the staff doing the cleaning you are doing a fantastic job. The whole site is immaculate. We will definitely be back at some point and will highly recommend to family and friends. You definitely deserve the 5 star rating.

Stayed here at the start of the 24 season. The staff were some of the nicest we’ve encountered whilst camping. They were on a clean up on the site whilst we were staying, site was in very good condition, pub close by too which is always a bonus. Pitches were decent and flat although the site can be quite hilly in places, facilities could do with an upgrade but that’s similar to most CCC sites. Ideally located for a trip to Alton Towers, you still need a vehicle as it’s not walkable.

We stayed hear in our caravan on a hard standing pitch. On arrival we were greeted by a very friendly man that showed us to our pitch and on the way showed us where all of the facilities were. The pitch was a very good size pitch. I found the entire campsite to be extremely clean and a nice place to stay and will definitely be returning. The kids loved the park which was a very good size park.

Lovely camp site. On a hill but perfectly level hard standing xxl caravan pitches. Very clean toilet and shower facilities. Friendly Staff on site even after hours for late arrivals. Small play area for kids, loads of room for awning/car and dog area. 1 mile from Alton towers so perfect for weekend break. Will stay again.
