We had just sold our business and was looking for a site to relax, and be near our family in Leeds. Ashfield was prefect, we only booked in for 2 weeks but stayed 4. Quite ,relaxing, and facilities spotless with a generous pitch and well maintained site. We will be booking to stay again soon.

Fantastic site, ideally situated to explore York, the Moors and coast. Short walk into Dunnington which has a pub, bakers, convenience store and Bistro. Facilities were immaculate. Will definitely visit again. Highly recommended.

Great little campsite with clean and really well presented facilities this site was pristine and the little shop had most things you would need. Bus routes to York ctr a short walk away X46 takes you right in £2 We will be back the staff are great to very helpful

Lovely little site, very friendly owners, spotlessly clean everywhere. It's only a small site but nice and quiet, only 5 min walk to the bus stop , very convenient to get into York. A lovely little village within a Mile walk with a nice pub. The site has a very well stocked shop and a games room, playground for kids. On the whole a good location and very well presented site. If up near York again we would definitely stay here again

We have stayed with our touring caravan twice now and we were very pleased with our stays there. The site facilities are excellent, pitches are spacious and the electric meters are a great idea. The wardens are very welcoming and helpful. Play area for children is a safe area away from the caravans. Bus stop a short walk away, where you can get the bus into York or Hull to visit the many attractions on offer. We will definately going back again for weekends away.
