Lovely campsite and a great stay with our 7.5m motorhome. Loads of grass space and several hardstandings. We don't use ehu so no comment on that. Toilets clean (didn't use the shower). Very friendly staff. 3 pubs in easy walking distance. Recommended.

Great site. Very friendly staff. Campsite is very big with great shower and toilet blocks. Nice and clean. Loved the roaming horses. We will definitely be back next time we are in the New Forest

My 3rd favourite place to camp in the world but that's behind Spa-francochamps and Hockenheim. In the UK though, definitely a place to go. The new forest is lovely, easy to get to by public transport. Facilities are great, and lots of different areas to pitch up your tent. Some great sunsets were seen. The wild animals really make it feel peaceful. Just don't touch the horses and be careful of the squirrels

Really close to the station with good clean facilities and lovely staff. Amazing place to set up camp with lots of spots and close to the pub for an evening meal as well as the town of Ashurst which has some local food spots. Reminds me of camping in the new forest when I was younger. Only thing to be careful of are the squirrels - they ate through our tent to get some food so make sure to leave food elsewhere! Apart from that I would 100% recommend especially for those who don’t want to drive to the new forest

Great campsite, easy to get to, just on the edge of the forest. Busy road nearby with occasional loud vehicle but far enough away to appreciate the beauty and relax. Great staff who are hot on 6 metre distance and reassuringly wander round. Hospitable and very helpful. Clean hot shower block. Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend. Just beware of the gangster squirrels they like to nibble tents in the middle of the night so peg well!
