Went here for my 20th , arrived the night before . No animals there. The "glamping" was a freezing cold tent with an uneven floor horrid dirty outdoor showers and the grill didn't even work. Our tent also had holes in the floor and quickly got filled with condensation. Between this , the loud music from the rides that played on repeat all night and the trains that went by right behind the tent it was impossible to get any sleep , ended up leaving at 4am had to call the warden as we were locked in and she didn't even have a code to let us out so we had to wait around for half an hour for her to get it. I'm not even going to go into the collection the animals are kept in.

Terrible experience. Horrible overly-loud music on repeat. Terrible food which is way overpriced. Crummy plastic stuff everywhere. Animals not being looked after to a standard that looks acceptable. Avoid!!!

We took our grandson, we thought the dinosaur area was well laid out and the movement of them very good. He loved both looking at feeding the animals. Plenty for little ones to do. Food on site is very expensive and limited.

Really enjoyed are weekend away ! Had an Amazing time ! Everyone so friendly and helpful. Site warden Chris T went above and behind for us being are first time camping wasn’t very prepared and he was helpful just brilliant so thankyou ! Everything was clean always just perfect ! Thankyou xx

Great for children. Lots of play areas inside and out. Not many animals. Railway to ride. Areas to sit.
