Firstly, I can't thank the owner Simon enough. As a new caravan owner, he was incredibly helpful and super friendly. Simon helped set up our caravan, ensuring everything was just right. The campsite is so peaceful and relaxing. The alpacas, sheep and goats keep my little one entertained and there's ample space for children to run around safely. The fresh water, EHU and grey waste drainage on the pitch are an added bonus. Lovely views of the countryside. It has become a home away from home!

We are currently staying on this beautiful, peaceful Campsite in the Countryside. It’s a wonderful place to recharge and enjoy village life amidst the Chiltern Hills. The locals are very friendly and welcome visitors to events at the local Village Hall and the British Legion. 3 minutes walk away is The Crown pub which is due to reopen in the very near future. There is even a free book exchange in the bus shelter just down the road from the site. We have enjoyed some wonderful Country Walks using this site as a base. You will definitely enjoy seeing Red Kites. Watch out for Ronnie the Red Kite who swoops down every evening for a snack! Hellfire Caves and the beautiful West Wycombe Estate are a short drive away and well worth visiting. The site has very adequate facilities with lovely hot showers. There is a washing plates area with hot water adjacent. The owners provide fire pits and logs to guests who like that experience. Owners are lovely people and you can usually meet them in the evenings doing their rounds on the field. I highly recommend this wonderful family site and am looking forward to regular visits in the future.

Simon was away, Dave was fantastic and keen for us to have a great time, on arrival he explained the amenities and where to go locally supporting local businesses. He checked in on us to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Thank you, you really made our stay! The amenities were unique and clean but not very roomy in the toilet cubicles and there are steps up so not accessible. Could also benifit a family area so that mum and dad can help with little ones showers etc as toilets and showers are separated into men’s and ladies. In the back of each electric hookup point there is a water tap which was a brilliant idea. No walking miles to get water. The washing up area is serviceable but not covered. Bin area was kept clean and tidy. Pitches had plently of room. Sadley there were just a few things that let it down. The property next door have a number of vehicles with loud exhausts coming and going and sat for long periods of time idelling, particularly the caterum. There is a large dog that for the first few days was left outside and was barking at anything and everything all day which made our dogs bark excessively. (Sorry to anyone staying on site at the same time!) there was also another dog somewhere barking for hours on end. I think in one of the vans. Factors beyond their control; The road is also loud but thankfully not a major road and seems to go quiet by the time you want to go to sleep. Mark (a labourer or contractor) was rude and confrontational after we asked the man strimming the grounds right behind us to stop for 5 minutes at 8 o’clock in the morning so we could hear ourselves and enjoy our breakfast as our pitch was along the entrance hedge. Apparently it’s a week day so it doesn’t matter your on holiday trying to relax. The strimming continued until we left at 11.10am. He stated that our dogs had been left in the tent all day to bark which is an outright lie. The temperature was over 26oC. The dogs would have died in the tent. The site only has to be quite 11pm until 7am according to mark so if you’re lucky enough to have enjoyed your evening and had a few late night drinks with friends, expect a rude awakening. It’s a real shame factors outside of Simon and Dave’s control spoilt our last morning on site and Mark cannot be trusted to do the right thing in Simon’s absence. Once again a big thank you to Dave for making us so welcome!

This campsite is awful! The shower and toilet are in an old army tent. No washing machine or tumble dryer. The walk to the nearest bus stop, shop, or pub is nearly 3 miles away! If you haven't got a car, then you're stuck and there is nothing to do at the campsite. The only good thing about it is that you have all the wonderful animals around you in the next fields.

A really lovely campsite in a beautifully peaceful area. A nice relaxing easy going site with pleasant views. Spotless showers and toilets. Pot washing areas, washing machine and drier. Nice big pitches with taps and drainage on each EHU which is a great bonus. We really loved the site. However, and hopefully and probably this is only due to the owner being away on holiday while we were there, the owners dog just kept barking at the slightest thing and it went on for ages. Ok the first time it was because our dog let out a bark when she saw our friends arrive but this morning at 10 to 7 it woke us up barking because someone had walked to the toilet block. I know the caretaker had a word to see if they could stop it and it’s probably not the normal but it did ruin the peace and quiet for us which is why I gave it a 4 star rating otherwise it would have been 5 because everything else was just lovely.
