Beautifully simple! We stayed for 1 night mid-week and had the place to ourselves. There's water, benches, a covered cooking area, and a very well kept and clean toilet block. The views are great and the farm yard animals adorable. Couldn't ask for more for such a low price. Hope to be back again one day

Great little gem of a site! Basic but lovely and small and great location for 3 shires head and Shutlingsloe.

We called on Friday night for a last minute booking. The lady on the phone was lovely and we got on no probs. There’s no shower but there’s two clean toilets, a wash basin and a sink to wash the pots. There’s also a fridge and a cooking shack if the weathers bad. Everything was clean and simple. The farm dogs are lovely and one came and played fetch for ages with me. The views are amazing (even after this weekends mist and rain we could see the lovely hills around us). You can get to a public footpath from the site without going on the road and it took us and the kids and the dog on a long wet hike up and around the hills. Highly recommend and we will be back

Such a great campsite. Lovely views! The sausages were awesome and the price is excellent for the service provided. This will be one of our “go-to” sites going forward 😊
