Adult only, superb site. Very quiet and not over crowded. There are sheoherds huts you can rent which look amazing. Highly recommended 👌

The campsite is unique in that it’s hard to find the perfect combination of peace, attractive surroundings and friendly and helpful owners. The site is dog-friendly too. We enjoy the fact that it is adult only, as well. Andy enjoys his campsite and likes to make visitors welcome. Our caravan is also stored with Andy; he’s a ‘can-do’ person and helps if he can. We have lived in the village and return to visit our family, who are still nearby. The area around the village is very attractive and it is well placed for Guildford and Winchester. There is good dog walking to be had just up the road in the woods. We sleep better here than at home as it’s so peaceful with considerate guests. No late nights or blaring noise here! It’s not too big a campsite and just has a relaxed feel to it. Definitely for you if this is what you are seeking.

Lovely little campsite in such a great location. 5 minute walk from Chawton Woods that is perfect for long walks or rides. Fantastic location for a quiet escape, less than 10 minutes from local towns with plenty of pubs and restaurants. Andy and his wife are nothing but accommodating and you’re always met with a friendly hello from both them and those who stay.

Just back from a lovely, relaxing 3 night stay at this very peaceful site. Very welcoming and perfect for us wild campers who are just getting back out there following the pandemic but feeling nervous about goung truly wild again just yet. Ideally located to visit Alton, Alresford (the Warecress Line), Winchester etc. Will definitely be going back at some stage.

What a lovely site, peace and quiet, with only delightful birdsong to break the silence. The owner Andy is so friendly and welcoming, this is one site that we certainly will want to return to. Local shops a short drive away and a perfect base for The Watercress Line. We stayed a week and wished it could have been longer.
