The website made this place look amazing. To be fair, the static caravans all looked new and modern and the site was under development, but the diggers weren’t really anything to grumble over, as they were behind Harris fencing and out the way. We were greeted by a lovely young lady Beth I think? Blond hair!) who showed us to the concrete pad where we were to park out motor home. There was big rubber mats positioned for us to drive over to protect their grass which wasn’t an issue. She walked us over to show where the wheelie bins are, then over to where we could empty our toilet tank. She said the site facilities had just suffered an electrical problem, but there were some ‘site hut’ style facilities which we could use. We duly parked up and connected our electrical supply and topped up our water, with the very convenient tap. We tried to find the advertised site WiFi, to no avail. But we thought it’s not the end of the world. Later on, we decided to pop to the facilities. OMG, brace yourselves! The sign on the back of the door, which the cleaner signs after they’ve cleaned up, had been signed, but no date or time. Probably an old sheet, as these toilets were pretty grim and had clearly not had a good clean since they left their original building site. Ok, loo rolls and hand soap were there, but the bins were over flowing, the white shower mat, needed the bin, not the washing machine and the toilet bowls themselves…. A good bleach to remove the tide mark and layers of dust and yuck. Now whether these are temporary or not, there’s no excuse for them to be in such a state. At £35 a night, which is the higher end of motor home parking fees, you’d expect the advertised WiFi and clean toilets. The only positive notes, is the site itself is clean and tidy and I have no doubt the static homes are very nice. And also the staff are welcoming (Beth and the guy with the leaf blower!) I would’ve added pictures to back up my comments, but didn’t want to have rather unpleasant photos on my phone.

Due to the park being fairly new there was works going on, but they finished by midday each day, if they worked beyond this time, we didn't hear a thing!!! The caravan was lovely and new and even had some plastic protective covering on the cupboards, which i had to resist the urge to remove them :) It had everything we needed including tea, coffee, microwave, large fridge freezer and plenty of seating. There was even a selection of different stores across the road. It was clean and larger than expected. My niece and nephew loved sitting by the little lake and watching the birds coming and going had great fun going on 'treasure hunts' and finding pieces of wood, sticks and all things natural. They didn't once ask where the park was. There was many things to do within a 20min drive from the holiday park and even things recommended in the welcome pack within the caravan. Just be aware that if you stay in a caravan on Hobson Road. Do not reverse park into the car space. There is not enough dropped kurb either side of the space to get your car in, especially as the road is only just big enough for your car to drive down. If you have a smaller car, you might be okay. We had such a relaxing holiday and cannot wait to come back in the future and see how the holiday park has progressed!

Pictures uploaded are taken upon leaving - I forgot to take before photos - they leave it nicely set up for you with towels on each bed Beverley holiday park was great for the ££ we paid for a holiday in peak season! It has so much potential. The caravan was immaculate, provided with towels, tea, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper - it was quiet, few other kids on the park which was nice to see our kids playing.. the only downfall was getting protective over where I put my car as I went to unpack. If you come in 2 cars they have a space near reception where you park the second car.. we had an empty space/lot next to our caravan so I just put my car close just to unpack and staff ran over and were like you cant park here - felt defensive over a space.. I didn't see the harm parking it on an empty slot to unload. Noone was there all week anyway.. The site is just opposite to Lidl - nothing to do onsite but that's the ideal holiday for us.. plenty of scenery around - we spent our days travelling out and evenings in the caravan I would stay here again in the future. It's a beautiful location, the caravan was in brilliant condition for the £££ and it's got a lot of potential as they are having work done - the pictures are like the caravans from what we stayed in.. just staff need chill a little and not be so defensive over little things. They seem nice enough though, come across as friendly otherwise, talking to other people on holiday.

The place is on a roundabout with a Morrisons daily, LIDL and Burger King. There was good service and the caravans were amazing but as of writing this the bar and restaurant hasn't been built yet so there wasn't much to do. Also, you have to pay for WiFi

We come to beverley Holiday park and for our first time here it is a beautiful place and I would recommend it to other people it was lovely in quiet easy to get to and other places around the Holiday Park we're just in walking distance most definitely would come again
