We purchased our first caravan fro. Black Country Caravans. Chris and his team supported our every need. We ultimately chose a used Swift Conquerer 580 over a new one owing to build and specification quality. The van is awesome and everything we needed to know was either demonstrated or explained to us. The whole process couldn't have been easier. Price was competitive and we had lots of extras. We even went back and purchased out awning and other necessities to make our trips complete. Absolutely recommend if you are looking to buy a caravan.

We collected our lovely new Opus camper today. Matt was an absolutely consummate representative for Black Country C&C. Right from my first telephone contact, to us driving out of the yard, he was calm and professional at every stage. Clear with his information and very helpful with his advice. He spent at least two hours today demonstrating "how to" and answering each question posed with ease and occasionally without laughing, I did ask him probably the most stupid question he has ever been asked. I'll let him tell you that one, too embarrassed. We would highly recommend Black Country Campers to anyone looking to buy anything camping related.

I was at the accessories shop on Sunday trying to sort out a problem with a gas fitting with my Cadac barbecue and its incompatibility with my Rapido motorhome. A bit of radical thinking was needed and Simon had the answers! He was brilliant-great knowledge and practical solutions to solve my problem. A highly personable and friendly guy too!
