Bolbec Manor Campsite is a fantastic spot with a great location, offering easy access to the surrounding countryside. The friendly new owners have recently taken over and are clearly committed to enhancing the site. They’re making noticeable improvements, which is great to see. The spacious pitches provide ample room for a comfortable stay, and the shower block and facilities are clean and well-maintained. The overall atmosphere at Bolbec Manor Campsite is welcoming and relaxed. Plus, there’s a lovely pub next door with food available, adding an extra convenience. It’s clear that the new management is dedicated to making this a top-notch camping destination. Stayed here back in February and I just realised I never left them the review they deserve! We just had the one night here, but really really enjoyed it! Lovely people, very friendly. The pitch was brilliant, plenty of space for our Land Rover an awning, (still had room for a tent if we'd wanted to pitch it) and level! The tiered set up they have means everyone has a view. The bonus of being able to have a small campfire was amazing as its something we love doing when camping. The toilet and shower facilities were very welcomed after a few weeks mostly wild camping up in Scotland. Also loved the chickens with their little hair-dos! If you're after some generic boring pitch after pitch campsite then I'd look elsewhere, if you're after something that has all the necessary features, is very nice, but also has that sort of rustic freedom to it, then check this place out! Not sure when we'll be up that way, but will definitely return if we're in the area! Well done guys keep up the great work!

Perfect location, clean toilet block and hot showers. Local walks with great scenery. Owners helpful and friendly. Good pub/restaurant next to site if you don't want to cook.

Had a fabby night at Bolbec Manor Campsite. Perfect for our trial run of using the Tentbox Go and a first camp experience for my blind kitty, Zooie. Amazing site, great facilities and the lady I communicated with, was lovely. Despite the weather, we settled in well. Such a shame as it looks like the views would be amazing from this campsite. Pub right next door which has a great menu. Will definately be back as super close to where I live!

This is a fantastic place to stay. The views are fab. The pub next door is fab with really nice food. The campsite not meaning to b rude, is quirky, but in a very nice way. Not your "regimental" camping sites. All walks of camping are catered for, tents, vans, motorhomes. Everyone is so helpful ☺️ Not much for kids to do on site, (but we didnt take any so didnt bother us!) but a nice walk takes you to a big outdoor play area near Derwent Reservoir to let them have a good run about. We had a quiet couple of nights away and loved it. We'll be certainly be back next time passing. (PS if the owner reads this thanks for lending us the bucket 😉 )
