What a fab cottage and great location for a relaxing break. Beautiful and comfortable accommodation with the luxury of a hot tub in the private courtyard - it was just what we needed! Well placed (2 pubs walkable!) and great for exploring the local area: easy access to golden beaches, fantastic dog walks, incredible farm shops and pretty local towns. We stayed in Poppies cottage, one of three on the site, and would highly recommend to anyone. What a little gem, we will be back 😊

Fantastic base to explore Devon, we stayed in Poppies cottage and it was exactly what we wanted for our holiday, very well appointed and beautifully decorated. The Hot Tub was a great addition and very welcome after a long day exploring (and after a quick walk to the local pub). We have booked again for this summer, looking forward to it already!

Beautiful caravan site also has a static van and cottages for hire. Each of the cottages has a hot tub and are beautifully kept and more than adequately provided for, You can bring your own touring caravan or rent one of the cottages or the new static van. The hosts are lovely and so accommodating. This is a little gem in beautiful countryside, close to major roads and with a great selection of pubs and other amenities. A great find.

As a response to a previous review by Jon, I've been staying on the site now for a good few weeks and couldn't disagree more with his review the whole site is a peaceful and inclusive site and everyone here couldn't make me feel more welcome. Couldn't recommend staying here more it's affordable and well maintained with a lovely community what's not to like?

We stayed in the Owl Cottage, which was a delight. Beautifully decorated and the hot tub was lovely. Ben and Katherine are charming and more welcoming hosts couldn't be found. Our thanks go to them for a wonderfully relaxing stay.
