Lovely little campsite on a working farm with some amazing views across the valley. Two nice clean toilets and one shower built into the barns with more under construction. Option to pre-order pizza in the evening and breakfast as well as some really nice local pubs (Check out ‘The Ancient Briton’) Not the flattest field (see video) but was pretty quiet when we went so were able to grab a flat spot.

Beautiful spot for camping. Stayed one night in our van with a tent. Beautiful shower/toilet with heated floor and towel rail, both in one room so of someone's in there you have to wait, but they did say they were building a second. Surrounded by lovely, friendly animals too! Option to order freshly made pizzas, which we didn't try but a nice option to have after a long day hiking etc.

The most beautiful farm stay! Hosts were friendly, animals were also friendly! We had a welcome package with fresh eggs - this was a lovely tough. Just to note the croissants were quite out of date on the package but this didn’t bother us. The toilet and shower were heated which was brilliant as we were slightly worried about not having one in our room however it worked out great. The hot tub was also a lovely touch and was ready on arrival. Just to note for people staying on a Sunday, the pubs close for food very early (3/4pm) so bare this in mind.

Lovely views from top of the campsite site is a work in progress with one shower and two toilets working at present, there is food to purchase when open. But the site got very wet over night and there was no one in to ask for help. One campervan got stuck and couldn't get out so had to wait for help to tow the family out. And it was down a very wet steep slope to get out. I decided that I would not got out that way it was too dangerous so reversed out with the help of the man who could get out! And went out the way in and not the way out, for safety reasons.

Beautiful surroundings and cosy lodge (Sleeping Giant Lodge). Nice little touch of the Bucks Fizz and eggs etc. Bathroom was well heated although a short walk from lodge. Bed was super comfy and fire was lovely once going. Only nit pick would be that the hot tub could do with some shelter as we got rained on in there.
