Gorgeous, peaceful, quirky, basic lovely site..perfect for a night or two of calm before the ferry! Electric available. No showers, one toilet...but if you're self contained it's perfect as you can empty toilet and grey water and refill with fresh water. Lovely owners. Very dog friendly. ..

If you want somewhere peaceful, this is for you. Very friendly and welcoming. Lovely walks along the river bank and if your lucky, you will see the deer crossing the fields and other wildlife, birds and seals in the humber. It is 20 minutes from the beach by car. Whether your there for a stop over catching the ferry or spending a few days, give it a whirl, we where not disappointed.

This site is now open. It's a wonderful idyllic place, full of local wildlife and set off the beaten track. Simon is the perfect host and makes you feel totally welcome. Lovely long walks along the embankment and miles of quiet flat roads for cycling. We just come to chill and to take in nature. Perfect!
