We spent 3 nights here booked at the last minute as we wanted a weekend away. All other camp sites round the area was almost double the price, some even triple. Alot of caravan sites ask for you to pay extra for children this site chirden are free. I have got to admin that it's definitely one of the best kept grounds we have stayed at. The owners are always out cutting grass and keeping it tidy. It's literally a 5 minute drive into york and can even just catch a bus outside the camp. Owners are very nice. We are new to owing a caravan, and the owner helped me with some questions I had around using it. Worth the money, we will definitely be back!

Beautiful well kept site Martin and Karen are very welcoming and have been wonderful in helping me with an issue I was having with my water. I would highly recommend this site.

Very friendly and accommodating on phone and in person. Lovely little site no road noise at night, they have worked hard to create what they now have. Will definitely visit again.

Great places around to visit Plenty of shops close by, boots tesco asda home bargains B&Ms . Lots of little contry pubs, Great dog walking park nr by which the owner Karen told us about in Poppleton nr the church, York & Harrogate we visited and really enjoyed, Lovely site very well kept, Price = 5* Friendly owners Lovely little summer house library 😍 Great pitches, too No toilet / shower facilities, but that does not bother us, (Owners make you aware of this too at booking..- brilliant ) Great spot surrounded by fields... we were on the pitches close to the road, but it does go quiet later in the evening.., didn't keep us awake or anything. Great idea - Orange buckets provided for your recycling... 5*! Lovely daffodils out everywhere on our visit , gorgeous planting , monkey puzzle trees, lots more too. All in all ..We sat and said what a cracking set up , house nx door with just the right size caravan park nice small enough to run correctly, Perfect 👌

This is our go to site for York because of the No 10 bus route to the town centre outside. No showers or toilets but everything else you need on this well kept and organized CS
