2 days of fishing , staying in my mates motor home. Was a really good weekend. Carp and Bream . 8 caught Saturday. 20+ caught on the Sunday. Went to help young lad with his catch, only to return to find my complete rod set up gone into the water and disappeared. 10 mins later guy two pegs down catches a Carp which still had my rod line etc still attached. Now that was a great stroke of luck.. on site food van was good , bacon , sausage chips pizza etc . Good laugh and chat with catering and manager... Highly recommend this massive place..

Me and my wife have been fishing again today and gary and the team are great ,they all make the place nice and tidy . Its been a pleasure to fish today we will be returning again soon keep up the great work gary and the team . Gary is very helpfull and know how to run the place to a high standard . See you all again soon .

Doddleston is far from a specimen lake. Full of bream. Very low stock of carp, which I wouldn't mind but they're mostly 10-15lbs.

Great fishing spot was advertised as entertainment for kids in evening time but had none on when we were there but still had a nice stay

Attended the robbers dogs motorcycle rally over the weekend had a fantastic time except for..... I purchased a jack Daniels & coke at the bar and paid with a twenty only to receive £4 change,obviously I pointed out the attempted fiddle and received the missing £10. I don't think the bar staff are club members but rather work for the venue,so be aware if using the on site bar. Thank you Robbers Dogs for another brilliant weekend.
