I’ve stayed in the shepherds hut on cowslip farm and loved every minute. Extremely clean and tidy, we got little touches of chocolates left out! Shower block was clean and everything was explained to us by the owners of how to use everything who were also very lovely. The hot tub was an extra luxury touch! Myself and my best friend had the best night away!

What a lovely site. Enjoyed a very peaceful 4 night stay in a great location. Kim and Graham are so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The shower and toilet block is small but it is being renovated and made bigger over the winter months. Electric and water facilities were spot on and the electric didn't trip one. A great stay at a great location and we will return. Thanks guys

This is by far the worst campsite we have ever visited. The owner is the rudest woman we have ever met. The site is filthy, the toilets are a disgrace. The hot tubs had dirt floating on the top when we arrived. The walk along the road to the village is just outright dangerous. I would never in my wildest dreams recommend this site to any living human or dog for that matter. The owner was watching us through a hedge. I could go on. Just do not go at all. So many better places with much nicer people. These people are awful!

We come every year for mine and my husbands birthdays Always made to feel welcome, the owners Kim and Graham are both lovely . lovely camping pitches and just all in all an amazing place to stay Would definitely recommend as it’s just such a chilled out place to be

Stoped in tally’s tent Kim and Graham (owners) were super friendly and helpful every step of the way! We spent 3 nights here, the tent far exceeded our expectations ! Hot tub was 10/10 Scenery is stunning ! And it’s in the post perfect location as you get the feeling of being in the middle of nowhere whiles York is only a 15 mins drive and local amenities such as Tesco are only 5 mins away in the local village ! We will deffo be returning thankyou so much to Kim and Graham !
