We recently visited Crealy Theme Park, and it was an unforgettable experience! The park itself is packed with fun and exciting rides for all ages, and the atmosphere is incredibly family-friendly. However, what truly made our day special was the outstanding customer service we received. A special shout-out goes to Marianna, a staff member who was nothing short of amazing. She was incredibly helpful and patient with us, ensuring that all our needs were met with a warm smile. Marianna went above and beyond to make sure our visit was smooth and enjoyable, even taking the time to answer all our questions and assist us with any concerns. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor truly stood out. We can't wait to return and create more wonderful memories at Crealy Theme Park. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a fun-filled day with excellent service!

Needs more maps around as we weren't given one on arrival and signal wasn't good enough to use the online map. Multiple things were closed which would have been nice if they put it on social media first as I had disappointed children. The waiting time for just a portion of chips was ridiculous. The gift shops were good and priced well. Arcade was fun. Soft play areas were clean.

We didn’t stay at the resort but travelled an hour to visit the park. This is our second visit and myself, two children aged 7&9 and my partner all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The park is laid out well, provides a good variety of rides that are suitable for young children and adults and it’s got a family friendly atmosphere. Even though it was busier this time and we had to wait a little longer to go on some of the rides, we managed to ride on most in one day. Instead of a picnic this time we decided to buy lunch in the park which worked out really good value for money for 4 people. We brought the family meal deal (2 large chips, 8 chicken nuggets, 8 chicken goujons, 4 drinks and 4 sauces) from Sooty Land Diner for less than £30! It was a real bargain and the food was delicious. You pay more for less food at some fast food places! Last time we visited the park, we were staying in Exeter. We brought tickets for one day but at the end of our visit we were able to add another days visit to the park for free! This was a great outcome as it gave us more time to explore the park and go on all the rides again and any we hadn’t been on the day before. Overall I can’t recommend Crealy Park enough. It’s a brilliant park for young children, has plenty of offer with rides and entertainment and with all the great deals and offers that they provide families, it’s a good value for money too.

A nice introduction to theme parks for little people. We decided to go just for the day and all enjoyed it. Well thought out with the toilet seats for little bottoms and lovely family rooms for feeding and changing a baby. We chose to take food with us but had a couple of hot drinks which were nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. Maybe more enjoyable because it wasn't too busy. Didn't have to wait long to get on the rides. I've given a 4* because I wasn't comfortable seeing the giant tortoise distressed. Showing stereotypical behaviour ie going round in perfect circles which indicates stress. Really sad to see and completely unnecessary.

We visited the park recently to celebrate my son's sixth birthday. We surprised him with the trip, and he was overjoyed. Everyone had a wonderful time, and we intend to return in the future. The park was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and the staff was outstanding. The staff's commitment to safety was evident, ensuring that all rides were safe for use. Thank you for providing us with a memorable and enjoyable day out.
