About This Campsite

E J Beynon & Son Eastern Slade Farm offers a unique camping experience with its scenic views and proximity to beautiful beaches. Whether you're seeking a quiet getaway or an adventure among nature, this campsite provides a peaceful retreat.

For those traveling in self-contained units, this site is ideal thanks to its picturesque landscape with clear skies and serene surroundings. The campsite is conveniently close to awe-inspiring walking paths, enabling visitors to explore the nearby locales such as Oxwich, Horton, and Port Eynon. These natural excursions are particularly enjoyable for those accompanied by dogs.

A few tips for your stay: the site is situated on a slope, so bringing leveling chocks is advisable for campervans. Additionally, the road leading to the campsite is narrow and winding, enhancing the location's remote charm but necessitating careful navigation.

While basic amenities such as a water pipe and chemical toilets are available, some visitors have noted that these facilities can sometimes be challenging. It might be beneficial to ensure they're well-maintained upon your arrival.

Overall, E J Beynon & Son Eastern Slade Farm comes highly recommended for those who value tranquility and stunning scenery over luxurious amenities. It's a perfect spot for unwinding and enjoying nature's beauty, far from the hustle and bustle of crowded campsites.

If you had a self contained unit this would be a super site at a good price. It over looks the sea, walking distance to a beautiful beach, clear skies and peace and quiet. The site is on a slope, definitely need leveling chocs or choose to pitch at the bottom of the field. There was a waterpipe and 3 chemical toilets (a bit in the way of the view!) But not for us due to how smelly and dirty the chemical toilets were. Perhaps bad timing and they needed emptying? Be aware the roads approaching are very narrow and winding, one car at a time very often. This adds to the away from it all charm though. Best for those fully prepared and equipped to sit back and relax.

Great views on a slope so take ramps if in campervan, porta loos for toilets , good site if you're self contained. Beware its a narrow road leading to site.

If you want to pay a lot and have all the facilities and lots of other campers around you don’t come here. If you want peace and quiet, are self contained and want stunning views and superb value for money then this site is perfect. Kate is very welcoming to this lovely quiet site. I stayed for 2 nights and couldn't be happier, just what I wanted. You'll need levellers as the field slopes and as the instructions say, you'll need to turn in the farmyard to access the site. Lovely walks from the site to Oxwich, Horton and Port Eynon, the dog had a wonderful time. Highly recommended.
