Really enjoyed a 4 day break with my friend. Accommodation is well equipped, shower is large & plently of hot water, kitchen area is sparce but has a kettle, microwave & double hob. The double bed was comfortable. We had a great view over marina. It was very quiet at night. Parking was a fair way from accommodation & the steps made it hard work with our suitcases etc. However I really enjoy the accommodation & would return again.

I worked in the hospitality industry for 25 years and I have never, ever experience as bad a service as I received staying in one of these Glamping Pods. And when checking out, a day early after spending almost £1000 staying here, I mentioned I had some concerns and asked who should I speak to about them or should I just email their head office. They said "no please, speak with us. Give us a chance to deal with tge issues." So I took the time explaining, at the end, they said hold on, we need to speak to our manager. After they returned from speaking to them they then advised me to email them. So I emailed, no response so emailed asking for response. They then did respond but said they've forwarded my concerns to their head office and are waiting for them to respond...... Over a week ago and still no response.... Another example of appalling service. Some of my concerns. Acrid, damp smell. I bought disinfectant sprays and sir fresheners to attempt to hide the smell. Mould on sheets. Dirty. Cobwebs. C02 alarm faulty and going off. Once removed, live wires on show. Shower was leaking from hose connection. Rubber washer was missing. Shower door hanging off. Not once was there a turn down service, no cleaning done throughout my stay. No change of bedding... no top up of staples. These were some of my concerns and yet, no one from the company has had the courtesy or common decency to address them or reply to me.

Tried to book for a group of 10 people over the phone, as advised on their website to discuss group bookings over the phone. They refused to accept the booking although they had availability as they thought we were a hen party due to being an all female group. Attempted to explain we were not going to be carrying out any type of celebration while staying there and wanted somewhere quiet to stay for the weekend, they would still not accept the booking. Management refused to discuss over the phone.

On arrival everything was ready for me. The cabin was spotless everything was there what you needed nice touches such as washing up liquid, bin bags t-towel dish cloth and hand soap in the bathroom. Only two thing was I could have done with .... a fold up table to eat on as the weather wasn't too kind that week and also the kettle was full of limescale so didn't use it, missed my morning brew. Otherwise was so lovely.

Bathroom very clean. The staff were so polite and stayed late to let me in! I stayed in a 'camping pod' ie. a cabin. It was lovely, had everything I needed, including heating, locks on the doors, electricity, lighting and a double mattress. I only needed to bring a sleeping bag. Not far from town but since I was going by bus it was about a 10-15 min walk to the nearest bus stop. From there a 15 min bus journey into town. Would certainly recommend. Half the price of a hotel, and I had a much nicer and refreshing stay (in nature) than my friends who stayed in noisy hotels!
