We went with a couple of families with small children. The children loved running around the orchard- which was a bit like a maze with lots if avenues of trees - they met a number of other really sweet children. I really think they had the best time! It seemed to give them a real sense of freedom but the campsite is actually quite small. The pitches are all nestled in amongst the orchard, so it almost feels like each pitch is a room and the trees are walls. We made a lots of use of the fire pit, which came with a grill. We really didn’t need to bring pots and pans as the kitchen is well stocked with a lot of useful things. I would definitely recommend! And the kitchen, compost toilets and showers were very nice! Thank you for a lovely stay!

We stayed for 4 nights and had a great time. The orchard was very private and peaceful. The apple juice, cider, burgers and mince were so good that we had to take some home with us. Everyone we met there were lovely and the summer house/ communal kitchen area was great to get to know fellow campers too.

Absolutely lovely campsite to stay in! Beautiful orchard with apple trees providing abundant shade, peace and tranquillity. A real oasis in the Cambridgeshire countryside. We couldn't hear traffic at all from our pitch - which is so hard to find these days! The facilities were excellent. Having a kitchen to cook in and a table to sit at after a day of cycling was a welcome change to sitting on the grass by our tent :) Toilets and showers were impeccably clean, and the staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend!

I stayed one midweek night. The teepee was great - clean and enormous. The kitchen, shower and washroom were clean and tidy too. And at last, a campsite shower room that has several hooks in it! The teepee was in a beautiful apple orchard with a fire pit and outdoor table. Highly recommended and I hope to return with my family for a weekend.

So much we loved at this campsite! Just returned from a 3 day stay using our own tent. A delightful orchard, well planned campsite pitches, a perfect size of campsite, fresh apples, attentive hosts in Amy and Vicky, best showers I’ve ever had while camping in big enough bathrooms (hot whenever we used them) and clean compost toilets. The kitchen hut was handy with a kettle and toaster and utensils - very well signed, but helpfully utensils didn’t feel too precious so we borrowed what we had forgotten without worrying about them around a toddler. We had great weather so didn’t use it much beyond kettle/ toaster/ fridge/ washing up but can see it would be handy on wet days. We tried their cider, their apple juice, their burgers, their ice lollies…. All excellent. They sell kindling and wood and it was cheapest we’ve found at various holiday/ campsites in a while. It felt genuinely eco friendly but also without being in your face about it. It was lovely to be on a working farm and go out horse and cow spotting and our toddler loved seeing a field in the distance being ploughed, watching a horse have its hooves trimmed, watching an airplane take off and having a ride in a wheelbarrow. The orchard itself is enclosed and our 3 year old had her some early tastes of running around independently through the trees and paths. We loved foraging for sloes and blackberries. Turns out the thump from an apple falling from a tree is a charming sound. It was honestly idyllic! A refreshing change of scene. We really hope to come again and have already recommended to friends.
