What a lovely welcome to a lovely site. We were given a very large semi private pitch. On looking around all of the pitches are quite private with lots of bushes and tall grasses separating each one. Although your dog has to stay on a lead the camp is completely grass, bushes & trees which is perfect for your pooches. The site shower blocks are kept extremely clean and the washing up room was fully equipped with everything you need but might have left at home. Microwaves, ironing boards, shared use of the fridge, tumble dryer and loads more. All very handy if you're camping in a tent or a small camper van. The walk to town was easier when you could use the fields but we had so much rain during our July stay that this turned to mud!! We used the road but be warned it is steep and there's no pavements. It's a quiet road though and you can get a cab for the short trip if needed. Would we return to Field Barn Park? Yes we most definitely will.

We had a great experience here. The campsite is lovely with lots of beautiful trees giving lots of quiet, private spots. The wardens were very friendly and helpful. We arrived quite late after a long cycle but they settled us in quickly. They even lent us a charging plug for our phones. I would highly recommend this campsite.

Warm and welcoming flexible and helpful and lovely large pitches a lot sectioned by high bamboo and surrounded by apple and plum trees. We stayed the end of summer and just great. We cycled a mile easy to walk, into village. Steep hill on way home but not a problem

Wow! What a fantastic site....in the middle of a peaceful countryside setting which has been formed in a very organised way but doesn't give this away due to the natural feel of all the beautiful grasses, bushes and trees. Clearly well thought out generous pitches with water and electric hook up. Toilets, showers and wash up block very tidy and well presented...couldn't want more. Site staff are very friendly and welcoming....will definitely return. Adult only and a premium price but very worth it.

Lovely quiet adult only site. The only downfall for me is I'm not very fit. It's 1.5 miles walk to Bourton on the water all downhill. I was OK going thinking I'll grab a taxi back as I have bad knees. No taxis, no buses to the site so I had to walk. Went back via a public footpath but struggled on a very steep hill at the end in blistering heat. Think I had sunstroke as I felt really ill and sick. In hind sight I should have sent hubby back to fetch the motorhome to get me from the village but didn't want to be a pest. If you're fit this site is fine but not for me. Staff really nice, showers and toilets dated but very clean. No shops or pubs close by either, but fine for some people. Tried cycling but too many hills, I should have done my homework.
