- Excellent cleanliness across facilities, including showers and toilets, underscored by modern upgrades.
- Great location with proximity to shops, eateries, and easy access to public transport with bus routes to Chichester.

Things to Consider:
- The cost, at £40 per night, is noted as slightly high by some but is justified by the experience offered.

This is a fairly basic caravan site. About 20 static tourers with a small central area for visiting tourers. Owners are friendly and very helpful. Site is flat and well maintained. No hedges or pitch separation. Bracklesham Bay sounds attractive but is pretty dead. Very expensive pitch at £40 a night.

Wow!! What an amazing little site. We will definitely be back!! We stayed here for 2 nights on EHU in our camper van. Debbie is an amazing host. She welcomes you with a little gift bag of miniature toiletries and loo roll. Shows you to your pitch (which is a lovely large size) and makes sure you are settled before leaving you to enjoy your stay. The facilities are small but extremely well kept!

We love this gem of a site, we come twice here every year. The new showers/loos are just amazing and clean and so much room. The washing up area is undercover which is the best when the English weather changes! The host Debbie makes your stay so easy. She is very helpful and kind. Location is amazing, you are right in the middle of everything. From the beach, shops, restaurants and pubs. Can't wait to come back again in the summer with the family x

Great camp site that is small, close to the beach and has plenty amenities close by. The staff are very friendly, we were welcomed and settled into our pitch in no time at all. Our pitch was perfectly flat, and although not particularly private, provided plenty of space which was more than ample for our Camper van. The facilities are good. The showers and toilets were clean and due to the small size of the site were not overly busy at any time. Overall, this camp site is great and gets a strong recommendation. The only reason for four stars and not 5, is the cost of £40 per night being a little steep, but I would pay it again to revisit.
