Just spent five nights in a tent there. The location is perfect, I'd highly recommend the ten min drive to Andrews mare wild horses and stunning views. The staff were great and everyone was friendly. Fantastic dog babysitting service from kaz, very cheap too. I'll be returning. My single criticism is the noise from the main road but we were In the field closest to it. Didn't bother me at all.

Friendly staff with warm welcome. Choice of a few pitches so opted for a bit more space around for the kids to run about. Toilets and showers clean and well kept. Seen a few reviews about lack of warm water, didn't have any issues during our 3 days. Hot water in the sinks, showers nice and warm. Quite close to the motorway, with a fair bit of road noise at night. Might not be the place for you if you're a really light sleeper. Soon zoned it out and had a few decent night's sleep.

Massive area to choose from. No dimension limitations means we could put up our awnings too! Fantastic! Excellent value for money. Washing up and shower toilet facilities ample, tidy and clean. Washing up liquid provided and lots of hand cleaners too! The owner was exceptionally friendly, cheerful, kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend to the others!

We stayed here after a day out at Paultons Park. It was very close to the park. The location was absolutely perfect. The toilets were clean and well stocked with soap and hand towels. The washing up area even had sponges and washing up liquid. We only stayed 1 night, so we didn't use the shower facilities. We will definitely be returning next time we go to Peppa World.

I don’t write bad reviews generally, but what we expected vs what we got here warrants a review, hopefully so that the owners/staff sort out what could be a lovely site, and if not, so that others can avoid the disappointment we felt when we arrived. We booked for a few nights here to visit friends. We’d booked through a third party site - the ironically names Royal Resorts - that led us to believe this was a decent site with good, clean facilities. Disappointingly, the whole place has an air of careless decay, from the uncut grass to the toilet block. Ivy was (and likely still is) growing through the toilet windows, the showers had not been cleaned for goodness knows how long, the toilet block itself was incredibly grotty. A facelift has been attempted at some point by putting pretty stickers on the tiles and wooden cladding over most of the outside of the block (but not the chimney, which just highlights the crumbling nature of what lies beneath), but it really just makes it feel even more like they can’t be arsed to sort it out. After the first shower experience, we opted to go without for the remainder of our stay. Reception was shut when we arrived. When we found the manager (or owner?) he was helpful and showed us our pitch. The fields are nice and big, and the kids could run around while we could see them, but that’s about the size of it. We’ve stayed at many basic sites. In many ways we prefer them, but there needs to be a basic standard of cleanliness. Old facilities are fine if they are cared for. These haven’t been for some time. If the website we booked through reflected the standard of the facilities, I wouldn’t write this review. But they don’t, and people need to know what they’re getting. There is potential for this to be a lovely site, and I hope it becomes one. But it isn’t one now.
