Stayed here for a weekend in our own tent in August as we had tickets for an event in the area and what a wonderful discovery it turned out to be! It’s such a lovely location, a really intimate, quiet site with really great facilities - the compost loos are so well kept and presented, there’s a wee shop on site offering essentials, and some lovely activities on offer for the kids. The hosts are fantastic! Clearly very passionate about their business, so helpful, and even put on a brilliant pizza making night for everyone the day we arrived! Highly recommend, will definitely be coming back

The perfect place for relaxed family Glamping, where kids can roam free, and adults can relax. The Hobbit Houses are spacious, with comfy beds, electricity and a kitchenette with all the essentials. Pizza Saturdays are yummy, and the fresh coffee is bliss. The pretty meadows are ideal for kids to explore safely. The perfect campsite for a hassle free family Glamping trip.

Nestled in rolling hills and lush greenery, this glamping offered us the peace in nature that we needed. We brought our own tents and found the camping spots beautifully maintained and spacious. The outstanding hosts made our stay extra special with their warm hospitality and helpful tips. We highly recommend staying here and would love to come back!

Liked: Location of the camp site is nice. Other than that not much more I can like about the campsite. Disliked: Over price campsite that we have been on. It is more like wild camping with a price tag. And the first night there was a few adults that had a few to drink even after quite time loud talking and laughing so the first night did not have a good sleep. 2nd night was better. Shame we could not stay on the campsite during the day but with facilities did not allow us to this. They call themselves a glamping site which is not a fair representation. Be mindful that you can't park by your unit so you have to haul your kit to your pitch. Great news is that wheelbarrows are provided to assist in the matter, it just helps to be aware. The wilding of the site means that many areas and pathways have thistles and nettles present.

It is a lovely, friendly, car free site. We've been going for years, since the kids were crawling around in nappies. One of my favourite things (among many) is that is it totally enclosed so the kids just run wild and I don't have to worry. Highly recommended.
