### Key Considerations: - **Comfortable and Modern Facilities:** Guests highlighted the excellent shower facilities and comfortable beds. Rooms are described as modern and spotless, with some offering stunning views through floor-to-ceiling windows. - **Warm Hospitality:** The staff is frequently praised for their friendliness and exceptional service, contributing significantly to the overall guest experience. - **Breakfast Excellence:** A notable mention is the hotel’s breakfast offering, which is all-you-can-eat and includes delightful options like a waffle maker, proving to be a highlight for many visitors. - **Parking:** While on-site parking is available for £10 per 24 hours, it may be limited, and its entrance might be challenging for larger vehicles. Nearby parking options are suggested for additional convenience. - **Consideration for Longer Stays:** For longer durations or family stays, the rooms may seem smaller and less accommodating, particularly for those needing special considerations. ### Overall Thoughts: Hampton by Hilton Dundee City Centre enjoys a solid reputation for its location and quality service. While it's an excellent choice for short stays and exploring Dundee, prospective guests should consider the parking situation and possibly the room size when planning longer or family visits.

Needed somewhere to stay as I was visiting Dundee, I have to say I wanted to stay inside the hotel the whole time! Check in was easy, rooms have everything needed including an amazing shower( a must for me) staff were very friendly and accommodating and bar area downstairs looked great. Breakfast was amazing, I couldn’t have asked for a better meal, it had everything you’d expect from a hotel breakfast and more. Parking is limited but we didn’t have any issues. Overall great budget option, I have a feeling I will return!

One night stay over a weekend. Very comfortable and clean. Loved the room, which had a double-aspect through floor to ceiling windows. Spacious bathroom. Good bed and pool pillows. Social area was nice with enough seats and a bar that did the main items. Breakfast was an all-you-can-eat affair with the usual items on offer, plus a waffle maker!; staff were welcoming and helpful. Parking on site for £10 for 24 hours.

Great city centre location.. usual Hilton standard.. car park is a low entrance so not east for a van and not much parking outside of this.. but plenty of nearby parking. Other than that no issues at all.

My friends and I stayed at this Hampton property while passing thru Dundee on our way to the The Open at Royal Troon. From the moment we arrived, Stuart greeted us and made us feel at home. The entire staff was incredible with their hospitality! The hotel offers an excellent breakfast, as well as some dinner choices. We took advantage of enjoying the friendly bar for coffee and late afternoon beers. The location is perfect to explore Dundee on foot. Rooms were extremely clean, modern and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to this area, and look forward to coming back! Simon, Stuart and the entire staff provide outstanding customer service!

The staff are mostly nice We had a near accident with our luggage after we had asked for a help. Although they gave us two drink vouchers which I thought was ridiculous . The tires was flat on one side of the luggage trolley. The luggage nearly fell on top of my daughter and partner. The rooms are prob okay for brief stays but we had the smallest room and the most uncomfortable beds . I've ended up with issues in my hip since I returned to Australia. The staff in the breakfast area worked super hard in the mornings. The parking is an issue at times as you have to walk around the corner . Which was absolutely freezing and I had to carry washing plus walk with child with special needs . Also we had to pay separately for parking. Won't stay here again okay for a few nights but not great with families needing a bit more consideration. I've also been to chiropractor since I returned cause of those hard spring beds.
