I needed a quieter but still entertaining break for my children within the UK. Staff leading activities were super friendly, and very understanding with my non-verbal little girl. I felt completely comfortable. The arcades were good and had plenty of different machines for all ages (although wasn't overly impressed with 2p machines). Caravan was basic and good enough. Could have done with some baking trays to cook the children's pizza in the oven. Overall it was a good break and I'd certainly take the children again.

Kent Coast is a home from home for us. We visit every year as a family. The kids love the freedom the park offers. There are ample activity options for children of all ages. We have been very impressed with the upgrades to the park and its facilities in recent years. The park is kept very clean.

We paid for the most expensive caravan/lodge. It was beautiful and spacious but had no wi-fi. This in itself is not really a problem unless you are trying to use the Haven app to order food and drink to be delivered to the caravan. Haven expects all food and drink to be ordered through the app no matter what venue you are in, which only worked sporadically the whole time we were there. This site only has one main restaurant and then a handful of take out places. Could do with another restaurant being built given the size of the site. Family really enjoyed the activities we did. Glad we had the nice weather as pretty much everything is outside. Staff did their best all throughout the venue and were friendly. Haven is no longer the place/company I remember as a kid but we are in a different world now so that is hardly surprising. What it does offer caters to all and you get what you pay for.

Very nice site. The caravans are clean and tidy. The swimming pool is nice and the 1st session went perfectly. The second was a non-starter. The battery for the poolside hoist could not be found, and when it was, it was flat. This meant that one of the group couldn't go swimming as he was in a wheelchair. The staff should make sure it is ready for use. Otherwise wheel chair users will be disavantaged. I asked for 2 bed struts to be changed as they were missing, and I ended up with very bad nights sleep. The maintenance man did turn up to tell me he had forgotten the replacement slats and would be back soon. He never appeared again. Bad customer service.

We Had a 7 day holiday here with our daughter and 4 granddaughters and their dog's first holiday. The camp is fantastic the main entertainment area is brand new last year so is the activity area. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The only down side is the mini mart is over priced.
