a stable conversion called the mews. All was lovely bedding top class. And lovely hot tub. Bathroom ery disappointing. One roll top bath for four of us but the accommodation was for si. An over the bath shower very slow. My sister and I are in our 70's and couldn't sit in the bath. Not ideal for six people. Instead used the one shower in the swimming pool. Not nice to have to walk over there and shower. We could have been at a caravan site with toilet block. Shane as apart from that no complaints

We had a great time overall , great location, the manager was very lovely and the house was great but there are some things that could improve, it was 6 of us, and as we have 2 toddlers we found that we had to be very quiet in the house when they were sleeping as it was no door between the bedrooms and the living room and kitchen. The bath was in a bad condition and the shower in the bath was tricky to use as it had no shower curtain and the walls and floor would be soaked while washing hair. Found as well really hard to have only 1 bath for 6 people. Only 1 towel provided for each person was not enough as we had to use them to dry the floor. We felt the same about dishes provided, there wasn't enough plates to plate food and for each person to use a plate. Also curtains would have been amazing in the rooms as it was too bright in the morning. And last thing, would be nice for the hot tub have something above it for rainy days. Sounds like a lot of bad things but we adjusted and had a wonderful time. I would definitely come back !

Nice looking place, but looks like its specifically a retirement camp where the old go to slowly live till they pass away

lovely location, great local town Reepham, with superb pubs, hotels to eat in. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice swimming pool and hot tub, clean and well kept. Dog friendly and amazingly clean, you'd never know dogs were allowed. Asked for a hose and towels for the dogs after a particularly muddy walk, all provided promptly. Will definitely go back.
