Well how to start.we rang last minute to book. Owner was very nice and got us in for a one night stay. Arrived and she explained everything. Because of the bad weather. She rang us to see if me and Hubby were ok. The very nice lady also ran the pub. So we tried it out. They only do Drinks.No Food.but she did tell us about. Also campsite is Adult only and No dogs. Which was ok with us. We have never been to such a friendly place. Very welcoming. And we will be back. Thank you for letting us stay.

What an amazing gem of a site. Perfect location, large well maintained pitches each with its own water and electric supply. Spotlessly clean shower room/toilet. The pub is due to be open very soon, we had a sneak preview, it looks amazing! Very sadly, Derek passed away recently, but Ellie was the most perfect and lovely host. Nothing too much trouble and she has so many stories to tell. This has got to be one of the best sites we’ve been on - and we’ve been on a lot! Cannot wait for our next visit!

What a fantastic site - Derek & Ellie are such fantastic host that you feel relaxed as soon as you arrive. The Campsite is close to a road but it does not detract from your stay - I worried that I would be awake all night with the noise of the traffic but it goes very quiet from about 10.00pm. The Haws Bridge Inn is being refurbished at the moment but once open will only add to the beauty of this site. Beautiful scenery and walks are all on your doorstep - We will definitely be back.

We spent a very pleasant five nights over Easter at this superb small Caravan and Camping certified site situated next to the River Severn. Ellie and Derek were the perfect hosts with nothing being too small to help you with. This site is attached to their pub which has been closed for renovations and due to open quite soon I understand.The thing I loved about this place was the no kids, no dogs policy which ensured a very peaceful stay. The walks are fantastic along the river and you can get to the charming town of Tewkesbury (market day Saturday) in under 2 hours (4 miles) which may sound quite far but the views are wonderful all along the way and so worth the effort. You can also get the 351 bus in which stops outside the pub for Tewkesbury or Gloucester. Walks along the river in other directions are equally rewarding. When the time came to leave Ellie supplied us with mats as the grass was a little soggy. Each very spacious pitch has hook up, tap and drain for waste water. On Easter Sunday an Easter Egg was left outside each caravan/motorhome. A lovely touch that says a lot about these two very, very nice people. Thank you for a great stay.

Hi everyone, we stayed here weekend 5th till 8th October, weather was beautiful, the pub was amazing, limited opening times due to the wonderful landlady being on her own doing all of her “duties “ including the caravan site which was immaculate !!! Bus stop opposite the pub ✅ Weston cidre on tap 🍺🍺🍺 will be returning 👍
