Really great for the children, they loved the indoor swimming pool and the indoor play area . The caravan was clean and comfortable. Could have had instructions to the air fryer, also a hairdryer and iron like the previous caravans we stayed in with you. The reception staff as always were very welcome and helpful, thanks to all

Did not enjoy children time n club could not get a seat I think should be more for them n not stopped for game shows. Why can't they put more for them . Pool was different with sun beds. I asked for a van that was suitable for a walking disabled person. Had to climb on beds to get into bed also beds were like toddler beds. Have been this site before Entertainment was better. Also caravan. Not happy took this caravan as was told it was closer to club . Hence will not return.

The park itself was very clean and appealed to us a s a family. Pool is good 👍 and changing facilities spot on for quick use. Pool is warm. Park closed due to refurbishment and also the outdoor pool for extending so hopefully will.be better next year 😀

Caravan was spotless. But facilities where severely lacking, the playground was shut the football/recreation area has been demolished for more caravans, the food was absolutely abismal, and the arcade was mostly broken machines, it's ok for adults but not a place I will ever take my child to again

So many problems during my stay. 1. Broken edge on pool causing children to cut themselves when going near it. They used tape to cover it up but it just keeps coming off. 2. Outdoor lido not ready, told it would open on 20th but it finally opened today but isn't finished. Was told by lifeguard it will be finished in mid September. 3. Childrens park closed. 4. No shop on site even though advertise one. 5. Childrens entertainment is nothing like it use to be. They didn't do any childrens bits all week at the 6.30 slot. All they did was advertise bingo. Plenty of children turned up every night and all were disappointed. In general just a very poor site and such a shame as it use to be very good. I will definitely be looking elsewhere to stay from now on
