Site staff were very friendly to us, however, after visiting the site next door: Swiss Farm, it was apparent we were on the wrong site!! Swiss Farm offers: Bar Restaurant Large pitches with less trees to enjoy the much needed sun. Well stocked shop Fantastic facilities Outdoor Pool All cost us £2 per person extra to stay there. Staff amazing. No chance I will go to Four Oaks again. Have spread the word to our 'Camper Friends'

The site staff I encountered on arrival were lovely, so my next observations are beyond their control. The road noise is awful from very early to very late and it’s a fast road. On the direct flight path from Heathrow. The town of Henley was okay but very busy with traffic.

Didn't enjoy our stay here. Would not recommend, especially to anyone travelling with a dog. Dog walk area was a rather small corner of the site, not fully secure, although broken gate was quickly attended to. Only two dog bins on site, not emptied often enough. One of the wardens was very unpleasant when objecting to our little rescue dog reacting to lots of comings and goings on our pitch right next to reception (last pitch left) - she soon settled down once the rush was over, but by that time we had been made to feel very unwelcome. Most upsetting. Every other site we have used has been very friendly. Road noise is not good if you are a light sleeper. We will not be back!

Unfortunately, we ended up on Pitch 61 yards away from a busy main road . Traffic noise from 0530 till gone midnight main road used as race track. It's no good if you wanted a quiet weekend away , we cut our stay by 2 nights. it's a shame site, and staff even offered a move to another pitch on the Sat, but traffic noise was still bad

A great caravan and motorhome site just outside Henley. It’s a half hour walk to the station and about twenty to the town centre. Facilities are good and clean but the showers are cramped.
