We had the most fantastic time at High farm Park, from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out we felt welcome. We stayed in a pod with a hot tub it was a lovely clean place to stay. There is a park on site and lots of nature walks it's a perfect little get away! The small shop on site is perfect if you've forgot something and isn't badly priced. The young lady who served us was friendly. The 10th cafe is fantastic the food was delicious and the service was great, we felt so welcome and as if nothing was too much for the staff

What a lovely, clean and well kept site! Staff who I encountered were all friendly - including the cafe staff! Delicious food - deffo recommend. I stayed in the Pet friendly Glamping pod with my dog, this was my first time staying in one and I was really impressed! Even though the park itself is bigger than I thought, it was quiet! (Maybe apart from the main road but that does not bother me being a city girl). Lovely local pub about 2 minutes down the road. I wish I booked longer to stay! Definitely will look at coming back next year and recommend to friends and family!

Shambolic in service and attitude. Rang reception at 4pm to enquire of Cafe & Bistro food service times as didn’t want to drive 20 miles and get no food. Reception informed of 5pm closure so you have “plenty of time!” so loaded 3 children, wife & dog into car! Arrived 4:30pm to be informed at ordering “we stop serving at 4pm” Went to reception to educate Receptionist whose reaction was simply “oh”. No apology nothing, immediately resumed talking to second receptionist. I asked if she realised that her lack of attention and knowledge had led to a wasted 20me journey but again “oh” & still no apology. Simply 5h1t attitude to customer service.

Lovely relaxing break. Friendly and helpful staff. We stayed in the converted railway carriage, which are well equipped with scenic views. Would recommend the afternoon tea on arrival, we also had a nice breakfast in the cafe which looked very popular with locals.

Excellent campsite- we are a family of 4 plus 1 dog with a campervan- we were told on arrival, the grass was boggy, we made the tent on the hard standing. Views were excellent- saw Many owls and kestrels. Great location for all sightseeing. Cafe served excellent food. All staff were extremely friendly and extremely helpful. Great family friendly site- nice play area. Utilities were extremely well maintained. Only one tiny downside was a dog barking at the farm over the way during the night- other than that 5 stars- highly recommend
