Just come back from a few days in Daisy Decker, and what a brill time we had. The site was lovely, clean and quiet, only a stones throw from Withernsea. We loved staying in Daisy, the bus was done out very well, it didn't feel cramped and was spacious and clean. The beds were super comfy, plus the gated garden area with the swings were great for kids. There was a delay on some of the communication when booking however it wasn't an issue and you can chase up if necessary, the people who we dealt with were friendly and polite. I would definitely recommend and will be coming back!

Another great site for caravan and camping. Beautifully maintained site with hard standing and grass. Well maintained facilities. A playground for younger ones on site too. A very nice place to stay for a few days peace and quiet.

With regard to our recent booking on Daisy Decker at your holiday park. From the moment we booked our stay to the moment we left the site we were made to feel uncomfortable and unwanted by the owners. We originally booked for 3 people and a 6 month old baby. The bus sleeps up to 5 people, 2 days before arrival we had unforeseen circumstances which meant we had to take another child. We did not think this would be a problem as it sleeps 5 anyway, however on discussing our issue with the owner we were met with a rather hostile unhelpful approach. She stated you will be surprised at how much extra mess 1 person can made and also she had not accommodated for washing for 5. With that I offered to bring my own extra bedding as this seemed a big issue for her to come to terms with. However in the end we was allowed for them to stay although this seemed to really bother the lady. We then asked if we could bring our babies bed guard, she was then worried in case our plastic bed guard would damage the wood on the bed. Whatever we asked it seemed to be too much trouble. We understand the site has its rules, however one would think the safety of a 6 month old baby would be paramount. The owner did allow us to put the guard on but again a very awkward conversation. When we arrived at Daisy Decker we were met with the same amount of hostility as we had felt previously whilst booking on the phone. The owner was obviously still not over the ordeal of having to wash an extra bed and could not overcome this with professionalism. We felt awkward and as if we were not welcome. The stay was enjoyable, the bus and its facilities were immaculate, we could not fault the accommodation. On departure, we were met by the owner with a further issue! This time she had been observing our son playing with some new friends in the garden. 2 of the children staying in another plot on the site, asked, excitedly if they could look inside the bus. We allowed them to take a look then they went to play. When we left she brought up… That we had broken her rules by allowing a 4 and 8 year old to have a look around the bus, whilst we understand this was one of her rules it was difficult to say no to these children and tell them to go away and that they can not come in. We felt, during the stay there was pressure from every angle. A suggestion we would put forward is to inform other guests that their children can not look or visit the lovely child friendly big green bus as you are not allowed in it! We arrived to a bad atmosphere and no welcome and left with a telling off which was, we feel totally over the top and unnecessary. We understand it is a family run concern but do feel she needs to keep the bus to her self and not use it for a business as it causes her far too much stress. Whilst we wondered was it us other reviews reflect the strict, military style, controlling attitude and inappropriate rules she displays. On reflection looking at other negative reviews and your replies you are clearly in denial and accept no responsibility or criticism. We fully accept you to be like this with us and I really do think you need to work on customer service in the future. And as a final note in your own words that you have said to us and many others "We will have to agree to disagree".

Spent a peaceful two nights in Robin's Retreat with my daughter (11). Our accommodation was absolutely spotless and had everything we needed for a short stay. We especially liked the private garden area (not that we're antisocial!) The lovely owners made everything simple from booking and checking in right through to leaving at the end of our little break. Lots of nice little touches, including popping the kettle on for us when we were due to arrive and special Jubilee treats in the fridge for both myself and my daughter. The site is really well kept and peaceful, but still only a few minutes from Withernsea itself. Thanks for a lovely little get away, we would definitely book again if back in the area.
