I was on their touring caravan park . It was clean , no views , toilets and showers were good . Most of the other caravans were contract workers and we were crammed in . It was ok selling point was the price . £20 a night including elecrtic hookup . We were allowed to put our awning up but the owner was not happy about it and made it clear of that fact . Handy for romford and surrounding area .

Another great visit. This is my third stay at Jay's Lodge, and will definitely be back again. Rooms are basic but you have absolutely everything you need and they are cleaned daily. The owner is a lovely lady who is always willing to help.

We didn't have the bed and breakfast - they said they were fully booked. However, when we were there, plainly they weren't. Nevertheless, we made use of one of their camping pitches. For just £13, we had electrical hookup, and access to a toilet block, showers and washing up facilities. The location was perfect for us - on the edge of a village, and had a nice pub just at the bottom of the lane. We stayed there to attend a family function in Grays - just a short drive away by taxi. The staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly and we would be happy to stay there again if needed.

We stopped on the camp site. Showers and toilets plus washing machine and dryer. All exceptionally clean. Great stop off before Dartford crossing

Lovely spotlessly clean accomodation. Will definately try to stay again next time I am working around Essex. Margaret the host was great and went above and beyond to make my stay was as comfortable as possible.
