One of our favourite caravan destinations. Not so regimented like other places, & you can choose your own pitch. The clubhouse is fine, with different events during the week. We did have a couple of minor issues like camp lighting flickering. All attended to very quickly. What we liked, was the excellent modern bus service with two stops outside of the site, covering lots of destinations. Great for cycling too being mostly flat, with good bike paths.

We can not praise this place enough. The staff couldn’t have been more friendly and more helpful and this goes for the reception staff, the bar staff and all the ground workers too. The whole site is extremely well kept and looked after with clean washing facilities and very powerful showers. There was a very friendly atmosphere in the club house and wonderful to see how the regulars make the whole place very friendly and welcoming to new people. The restaurant is out of this world and it is a good job we don’t live closer as I’m sure we would be in there far more that what we should have! Again the staff were so friendly and welcoming we found it hard to a single fault with anything. We can’t wait to go back and would highly recommend this place to anyone of any age. The beautiful beach is just moments away with crazy golf and lots of children’s activities too and just a short drive to the town centre with plenty of shops to look around and also boat trips are available too. There are a few pubs and parks within walking distance but I’m sure you won’t want to leave the camp site once you’re there. Thanks for everything Tetry & Nikki

We often stay here and hate leaving. The owners and staff are incredibly helpful and very friendly. The grounds are well maintained and they constantly improve and upgrade the facilities and buildings. Lots of entertainment throughout the week. Shower blocks well maintained and the launderette is great and good value. The food is always good and very reasonably priced as are the drinks unlike most other holiday parks.

We really enjoyed our camping trip at kingfisher caravan park. The area was clean and well maintained, the pitch area was spacious and the staff helpful and friendly. The toilets and showers were clean and there was a club house (although did not serve food in the evenings) and a little playground that my 2 year old loved. We had to chose our pitch wisely as there are a couple next to the road which can be quite noisy but the ones away from the road were fine. Unfortunately some of the customers did not pick up after their dog's poo which led to a couple of times we had to clean that off our shoes but that's not the fault of the site. There are plenty of drinking water stations, a little shop and washing up area. Gosport is a very nice area with character and nice beaches. It was a bit pricey for camping at £40 per night for 2 adults and 1 toddler but on the whole we really enjoyed our trip and we were blessed with some nice July weather.

Was going to give this place 3 stars but on reflection the efforts of the site team are making slow progress on the touring side of the park. This place is in a brilliant location with a bar, evening entertainment, small restaurant and seemed reasonable priced. Our issue was with little in the way of hot water for washing up, it was sporadic at best, the showers were push button and from one extreme to the other in terms of water temperature going from frozen to almost burning hot, in terms of cleanliness room for improvement but it's our understanding that there are modernisation plans for this facility. The new facility was good until someone flooded the place and took two days to sort out which was disappointing Beware parking under the trees, you have been warned, took us all day to wash off the bird muck and dry it to take it down It's a good site, we will be going back in the future so interesting to see how things shape up
