Just stayed here with my wife and 5-year old daughter. What a wonderfully quiet and idyllic place. The rooms are cosy and contain everything you would need for those (like me) who crave subtle creature comforts that traditional camping doesn't offer. The grounds are beautiful and quiet and there are beaches within a 45 minutes drive, should you wish to venture out. I would also like to add that John was incredibly helpful and friendly, which really added to our stay. I would highly recommend and hope to return in the not too distant future.

We received a warm welcome and a tour around the site. This made us feel welcome. When walking onto the site it's hidden amongst trees. It gives a magical feel, and opens up into a small glamping village. The attention to details doesn't go a miss. From the freshly moaned lawn (stripes may I add). To the Fizz and the biscuits left as a complimentary gift. Very much appreciated as it was my birthday weekend! The hot tub was preheated, and the pod was immaculately clean and felt very welcoming. BBQ - prepped. With fire lighters, kindle, coal. Fire pit. Prepped and wood ready at the pod. Bow and arrow was included, brought great fun to the evenings entertainment. When evening arrived, the "pod village" lights up and was so beautiful ❤️ My only negative is we didn't stay longer. Thank you again Tait Family

Just back from a stay for my daughter's hen weekend. Couldn't fault this place. Lovely, peaceful location with lovely walks and villages nearby, comfortable, well equipped pods. The owner was super helpful and very friendly

Couldn’t of had a better experience. John couldn’t do enough for you. Site was immaculate and hot tub cleaned every night. Had a really nice time away. Previous negative reviews were from the same party - who decided to have a party - and took a door off its hinges. Then complain about deposit? Don’t listen to negative reviews. Theres a reason there is so few. Couldn’t of had a nicer time.

We were very lucky to have won a two night stay here, as part of a competition they were running. Honestly, we didn’t want to leave! The site is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by woodland. The pods and safari tent are very well built and furnished. We stayed in the safari tent which had everything we needed, including a full working kitchen and bathroom (with a very nice shower!) and the lovely hosts left us a complimentary bottle of bubbles, biscuits and the essentials like tea/coffee, toiletries and toilet roll. We enjoyed playing with the badminton and archery set and making use of the kimono in the evening. We took our two children (3 & 7yo) and they were in their element. The bunk beds were a hit! Nothing to fault and the hosts were wonderful. Thank you! Can’t wait to return one day!
