A lovely place, plenty to see here, a large ground, area with a large grass field with some little woods on the grounds also which you are able to go into. Lovely horses at the back of this place which are very friendly. This place is very well maintained and looked after with almost no litter around as i could see. Some lovely wild flowers growing here with loads of butterflies. The views are great here also, looking down into Luton and out onto the farmers fields for miles.

Great place to wander, especially if you have a dog. Go beyond the playing fields to explore the meadows and wooded areas at the back, or take a long walk across the fields towards Warden Hill. Great views of Luton. No public loos, though.

Walking through the forest to end up on a hill that looked across Luton was beautiful especially when the sun is just about to go down. The horses were an added bonus! The breeze feels lovely once you’re at the end of the trail.
