Absolutely loved this site have already booked to stay again in our caravan. We did four nights with our dogs . Shower rooms were clean. Loved the dog walking field as well. Sweet alpacas and horses on the site . The noise from planes did not bother us as it was not consistent. Really lovely and relaxing site. Owner was very friendly . Looking forward to coming back

Despite being under a flight path, I found the passing planes to be more interesting than disruptive—almost like a unique feature of the experience. The alpacas were particularly cute, though they did have their grumpy moments, so a little caution is advised! Had a very lovely stay here- stayed in the huts with a group of friends for a wedding and it had everything we could have wanted or needed. If anything we hoped to enjoyed the scenery and facilities more than we got to. Especially our alpaca neighbours! Like a mini home from home with up to date features and comfortable space. Brendan accommodated our extra asks and was nice and friendly. Highly recommend - would stay again.

Stayed here recently for a wedding that was at the farm nearby. Highly recommend it. The accommodation is surprisingly spacious, particularly the bathrooms which we were expecting to be a lot smaller. Lots of thought has gone into all the little details in the cabin, so you really have everything you need and feels very modern. Brendan accommodated all of our requests and he kindly posted a left item swiftly (free of charge) despite us offering to pay for it back, which was very kind. A really great stay with friends and the alpacas were a superb addition. We would return!

Very quiet ( except for planes on flight path into airport ) and small, fully serviced hardstand was good. Toilets were lovely. But just not very welcoming and no mention of anything to do with Alpacas. Almost felt we were being naughty going up to give them a stroke over the fence in their field. East Leake nearest village has a lovely coffee shop was walking distance.
