Absolutely beautiful, clean site. Wardens were so friendly and helpful. Toilets and showers lovely and clean with plenty hot water, they are checked and cleaned all throughout the day. Very dog friendly. Lovely walks in all directions. The water on your doorstep though is the best. We paddleboarded and swam every day. Just bliss!!👌

Absolutely beautiful! The staff here are amazing! They helped me out this evening a lot, and made our trip. My girls were able to get out paddle boarding because the staff went way beyond to help. Kindness at its very best. Site and facilities excellent, and a great quiet spot for paddle boarding. Thanks again! Highly recommend 🌟

I stayed here for 2 nights in May 2024. I had booked only 1 night but stayed another as this place is absolute heaven. I was on a return motorcycle journey and the welcome I received from Robbie and Carol was superb. They are truly lovely people and could not do enough for me. I have camped and caravanned all over Europe for about 40 years. This campsite would rate as one of the best I have ever stayed at. The views are superb, excellent pitches (I am going to bring my caravan the next time), the facilities are spotless. Robbie did not seem to stop working keeping the site in the beautiful condition it is. Not forgetting Carol who would have been working in the reception. Nothing was too much bother for them. All this for £13 a night (member rate) for a pitch. Absolute bargain. I have read some of the other reviews and to me they seemed to be talking about some other site, or else they are very fickly people. This one is superb. I am now looking at the CCC site to book my next trip to this site. There were a few comments about travelling up a particular hill before the site. I tow a lot with a caravan and if you find such a small hill a concern, I think you may consider a towing course or just avoid rural roads. The hill is nothing to be concerned about. Like any caravan site, don’t expect to turn up 2 hours early and have somewhere to park. Arrive at the correct time and not be silly. So thank you Robbie and Carol for the lovely stay and the most fantastic welcome. I will no doubt be back either motorcycle/camping or our caravan for a week or two. That site is a credit to you all….simply beautiful.

A brilliant site right on the water of loch lomond You can go paddle boarding and canoeing from the site Staff are very friendly Very nice pitches toilets and showers clean push button showers Take plenty of supplies with you as no shops nearby Co oo in Balloch Had a fantastic stay here. I will return in the future

Beautiful peaceful site on shores of Loch Lomond. Good clean toilets and showers. Site has Wi-Fi but it didn't reach my pitch at the waters edge. Friendly staff. Flat pitches and pegs went in without too much difficulty. Recommended.
