A lovely park for various activities to keep your mind and body active. It has a kids playground, basketball courts, adjacent tennis courts (not within the park), fields suitable for cricket, a small pond, paved paths and lots of grass and trees. It can be cold when it is windy especially in open areas of the park where wind isn't broken by trees.

We attended Party in the Park here. It's got more worms than I've ever seen in my life. You probably also need your armbands. In normal conditions, I'm sure it's lovely.

I came for the Radio 2 Party in the Park 2024. Great festival and I’m sure the park is great when it’s not being used for festivals too.

Radio 2 festival, well organised great atmosphere, stalls and drinks very pricey but not able to take your own. The bottle of water was £3.20 and can of coke £2.80. It's a bit overpriced but worth going to. Will keep my eye on next year. The ticket for entry was £64 but it was a good lineup.

This isn't really for Moor Park but for the event we went to on Saturday 6th September hosted by BBC Radio 2. The even was really very good and the day and acks were flawless. Plenty of food trucks and things to do, seemed and felt bigger that the event at Leicester last year. My only fault na' issue is that when it was all over and where Leicester opened up all the exits for the thousands of people to leave, Preston forced everyone back out through the main entrance. Then directing people out and around fencing through and even smaller gateway creating a bottle neck. In my opinion VERY poor management of the vast existing crowd. Other than that a very good evening. Thank you BBC Radio 2 and the BBC.
