Northlands Park is a hidden gem in Basildon! The park is beautifully maintained with plenty of open green spaces, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing walk or a family picnic. The large lake is a highlight, attracting a variety of wildlife, which adds to the peaceful atmosphere. There’s also a great playground for kids, which my little ones absolutely loved. The park feels safe and welcoming, and there's ample parking nearby. Whether you're looking for a quiet escape in nature or a place to let the kids run around, Northlands Park has something for everyone. Highly recommended for locals and visitors alike!

Huge open green field combined with twin lakes make this park an ideal place for nature lovers to hang around in a sunny afternoon. Free parking, plenty of space. Kids playgrounds has got lots of rides, along with a basketball court and skating area. Circular pathway around the lake for jogging, cycling etc with lots of benches for sitting. Few fountains added beauty to the lakes. There are plenty of fishing spots around the lakes. There’s a cafe inside the park as well. Complete package 😁.

Does have a lovely lake used to be used for fishing but has been taped off due to uneven surfaces. This has a small cafe, lots of benches to sit on and around the park. Great for kids, has playing area, great for dog walking and just having a stroll.

Overall a very nice park. Could do with some more shady spots around the actual play area. We came for a picnic and had to clamber around a wilting tree for shade - it wasn't ideal. Toilet facilities and the little café are great for a local park. Loads of grass to play on. Plenty of activities for kids. It is a good park.

Great area for walking dogs. Could do with being a little tidier and having a few more waste bins. Park area is great for kids and café is nice to have near by.
