Great shop. Everything for camping and caravans. We went to look to check tentbox tents, and we were glad that we were actually allowed to get in them. Lots of display tents.

Absolutely fantastic company. Best customer service I have ever received. I am recommending them to anyone I know who is needing camping equipment. I live in the North East so shopped online and phoned up. Matt was so knowledgeable, talked me through the different options, emailed me links and provided all the information and reassurance I needed. He didn't do any hard sell or put any pressure on. When buying expensive pieces of kit, it was great to be given the information and time you need to make an informed decision. My order was delivered next day, the dispatch team even phoned up to confirm delivery arrangements as they weren't straightforward. All in all an absolutely fantastic company. Interestiny, when I was away caravaning the people on the pitch next to us were also singing their praises, as they had recently bought their new awning from them and they had been fantastic for them too. They had had a minor fault on their new purchase and Norwich Camping had identified the issue, and dispatched the replacement part immediately which meant they could fix the minor issue the very next day. They were so impressed and happy with their new awning and Norwich Camping.

What a fabulous place. Bought a few bits for our caravan, great prices compared to other places we've been to. Had a cake and coffee in the butterfly cafe which was lovely. Lovely butchers shop, only wish we'd visited last week as we go home in a couple of days. But we will definately be paying another visit next year when we come back to Norfolk.

Hi Just had a great retail experience. My wife and I just purchased the 7.2 Gazebo with tilt roof blades, plus two lovely corner suites, which look fantastic in it. Plus a new BBQ. Sales and delivery guys were great, nothing was too much trouble for them. We had a couple of small issues, which was sorted very quickly, and at our convenience. We also purchased several items for our caravan, great selection to choose from. We would have no problems recommending them to everyone for garden or camping needs. Well done all. We got a good price on our tent with free extra accessories. When I spoke to Norwich Camping about the tent I was interested in they were very knowledgeable and helpful as well as extremely patient will all my questions. Highly recommended.
