What a nice place to be for a quiet holiday! A really lovely campsite, very simple, surrounded by cows and horses, in a wide field, owned by welcoming people. It was our first trip to England and I would warmly recommend this campsite for those wishing to discover Sussex. June was extremely nice and helpful in providing guidance, we are looking forward to coming back and meeting her again!

First time camping trip with a one year old and 5 year old and the wonderful luck of a pretty intense summer storm! The hostess was brilliant at helping us and she even offered to wash and dry our baby's clothes which all got drenched. The toilets were clean, there was plenty of space between tents, the blackberry bushes were plentiful and the sausages we purchased from their farm absolutely delicious. Would thoroughly recommend.

The lovely owners are very much involved in making your stay at their farmcamping is good as possible, truly family run. You can even get breakfast and something to eat in the evening. A big field with flat pitches around the edges gives a spacious feeling. Unfortunately the A22 is close by and can be heard, but other than that is this a fantastic place and also very safe for children.

Really liked this campsite. The lady that has a food van does the most delicious food I've ever had! Butchers sausage patties were amazing! 4 flushing toilets and 2 showers on site. Remember to boil some water for washing up, as sink only has cold, and take a head torch! Loads and loads of space for kids to run around in the middle of the field, and still not disturb us. Very generous pitch sizes, so no-one was ontop of one another unless you're in a group. Very friendly hosts. Would stay again!

Great back to basics campsite! Summer months only when we visited. Had the pond field out the back, was lovely and quiet for us adults to build a big fire and cook til the late hours. The toilets were nice and showers reasonable for a basic camp site - not freezing showers, and flushing loos. Really nice to have a snack shack for an early cuppa when you just need a wake up. The staff are all really friendly and welcoming too. The family field had a really nice big open central space for kids to play, and with the car park a field away (you can drive to the site for drop off only) it seems very safe camp site. Highly recommended for visiting the south downs.
