Stayed in the self catering lodge which was lovely. Very clean and the dressing gowns were a lovely touch together with a hospitality tray. Beds were so comfortable with quality bed linen. Good to have TVs in both bedrooms even if you don't use them. The park itself is in a lovely spot down a country lane and very quiet. Fabulous hosts who are on hand should you need them but provide all the information you need for an enjoyable stay. Thankyou :-)

4 of us spent 4 nights in Newbrook Lodge this month as we were using it as a base to travel to different places such as drayton manor, sealife, birmingham and a few other places, I was amazed at how lovely it was, not only was the lodge spotlessly clean we were surprised at all the complimentory things that were there all we needed were ourselves, food and clothing everything else was supplied including dressing gowns.. Bottle of wine if we wanted it, coffee and latte pods also Wifi.. The lodge was fast to warm up when we arrived back each day, There was a booklet explaining everything to do in the lodge, how to turn everything on and off, wifi password, dishwasher, pod machine however we never managed to master that one. parking was just by the side of the lodge which made life much easier for me as I can only walk a few feet as i rely very much on wheelchair to get around. The site was fairly secure and really good that there were barriers in and out of it, my grandson loved the fact he memorised the code for our few days there. The site was really peaceful, in fact we only saw one gentleman there walking a little dog in all the time we were there. What I did love was the birds early morning and evening singing away.. If we venture that way again this is where we are planning to stay again. Well worth the stay.

Great Lodge with comfortable beds. A TV in every room. Great value stay. Nice park with a good social club. Peaceful countryside and nice walk into Brewood along the canalside. Will hope to return in 2024.

Just spent a long weekend here while visiting family in the area. A beautifully maintained site the owners deserve credit for. So peaceful. We stayed in the Newbrook Lodge.- lovely, accessible accommodation. Hardly saw or heard another soul all weekend! Never got a chance to see the facilities on site because we were so busy but I get the feeling we'll be back in the future. My favourite part of the weekend were the peaceful walks along the canal which you can access just a stone's throw from the site.

Beware - new owner desperately chasing ££££. Fees suddenly jumped up. I can fully believe within 3 years fees will have shot up to £7000. New owner is purging current van holders while simultaneously 'embracing' the 'local [affluent] community'. On site club was great but is now severely sub standard. There has been no help, sympathy or even pretend politness offered to owners who are simply in his way. By all means buy if you like, but buyer beware, on your own head be it.
