Very nice tidy site. Kerry the owner is lovely and freindly and very accomodating and welcoming. Great location for a nice walk or exploring the area. Highly recommend to anyone. Staying there long term for work, and feel party of the 'family' of regular visitors now.

An absolutely shocking site run by an incompetent individual that shows no empathy or has any interest in the site or the seasonal pitches. Lots of 'Don't do/Can't do' rules, you're lucky if you can breathe. Plenty of people break these rules but all they get is an email of the rules again as management doesn't have the backbone to speak to them in person. Management does not like confrontation and avoids you at all costs. Even to the extent where the 1 member of staff comes in quite early on in the morning, does a very quick clean of the toilets, then is gone before anyone sees them. Lots of flooded pitches recently with lots of waterlogged awnings. A lovely retired couple have been told to leave because they keep reporting the flooding on the seasonal pitches. How's that for caring?!?! The toilet & shower block is a wooden shack where there has been no heating on all year. The washing up facilities consists of 1 sink where, each time we have been, there has only been cold water. During spring and summer the grass is not cut frequently enough. Apparently there is not enough staff for this to be done regularly. When it has been cut the cuttings are left in clumps all over which you then trail into your awning and caravan. This is one site to avoid at all costs.

Could be a lovely little site .. unfortunately the people who own it have absolutely no idea about caravans and what is required from a caravan park on a seasonal basis !! .. We went on here 2 years ago and was told that a new brick built toilet and shower block would be built and eventually an electric barrier would be put in making it a secure site and allowing us to get caravan insurance .. these 2 things never materialised ! They did make more pitches .. which seemed very unfair to not invest in the promised amenities and security but to just make more pitches .. unfortunately some of the pitches flooded 😞.. If you do want to go on this site I strongly suggest you read through their terms and conditions and rules and regulations because I can assure you they add new rules on a monthly basis .. Yes it may be cheap in comparison to other sites .. but as the saying goes .. You get what you pay for .. and this is true here I'm afraid .. No warden no caravan security ... And no idea about running a caravan site at all !! .. 😞

We booked 3 pitches for a family weekend away. Pitches were big and level we were all together making it more enjoyable. We brought the free standing benches up and we used these too. Only down side was the fishing pond is a littke over grown and needs tending too. Saying that the young lads with us did catch a lot of fish making it really enjoyed. Kerry was great and we will definitely be back.

The site is minimal with not much for family’s no park etc, the grass pitches are away from the facilities and waste water you go from and to another to empty waste when it’s full. The ground was tough the pegs were tough to get in would recommend for older couples. People weren’t as friendly as other sites visited. A Tesla on site was happy driving at children rather than holding back, telling the children to go away.
