Lovely campsite with friendly owners. Toilets and facilities were always cleaned and maintained. Will be returning. Small cons- Lane could be a bit smoother entering as my car is quite low. Bushes were slightly overgrown to the sides to entrance.

We had the best stay at Palace farm campsite. Absolutely beautiful, so peaceful, loved listening to the birds sing. We was only ment to stay for 3 nights and ended up staying for 4 nights as it was an amazing stay. The facilities was spotless and everything you needed. Liz and Graham was so friendly and welcoming loved chatting with them, sorry we didn't get to say goodbye. Looking forward to to seeing them again very soon on our next adventure to Palace Farm Hostel and Campsite. Many thanks jas and Mike.

Lovely campsite, flat long field with plenty of large pitches (no ehu). Space in the middle for kids to play. Only one toilet block with 2 showers, 2 toilets, 2 sink rooms and a washing up station but all immaculate. Fire pits allowed and for hire. Pub 6 min walk.

This isn't a bad campsite per se, but I have to agree with what quite a few other reviews have stated, and I wish I'd read them before. If you specifically advertise as a quiet campsite, not allowing amplified music etc., then please enforce that. This campsite is just a large field and even though we pitched up on the far end we still heard the music and kids from the other side. I don't mind children playing, unless you tell me the site is quiet. For the price especially I don't think I got any value for money. I spent the whole evening surrounded by shouts and music. I'm sure kids want to have fun, but so do I, and I paid to go camping at a quiet site, which this wasn't.

Absolutely trial fantastic weekend away for my toddlers and nieces first camping trip. Couldn't have picked a better place. Facilities are great and spotless. The people who own it are so friendly and the place itself is beautiful and peaceful. Cannot wait to go back again in the near future
