One of the finest, if not The Finest, holiday home parks in England. Fenced Garden plots, not a space in a field. Dog friendly, great clubhouse sadly burned down but quick as a flash, up went a Giant Marquee, and inside that, a fully functional bar and restaurant, staffed by the very best. The Clubhouse is already being rebuilt. The entire site IS a Park in its own right, the Head Gardener and his team keep the extensive 'common areas' completely manicured. A friendly Village atmosphere tops it all off. Wonderful Place.

The lodge was beautiful I've only one issue the staff didn't seem to know what was being put on for the children. We asked and the staff said theirs nothing happening the following days so we took them off sight for the day only to come back to deflated bouncy castles and crazy golf that had closed. The food was beautiful and the sight was picturesque. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly.

Stayed here for a couple of days with our dogs at a privately owned caravan. Lovely well maintained surroundings. Really quiet and peaceful at night and lots of friendly people on site. Lots of EV chargers ( bring your own cable) Highly recommend !

This is by far the best site I have ever been on (bar low skirlington 38 years ago 🤣) if you want a site that is just like home, with a good community, where kids can play safely then this is for you. If you are looking to purchase a caravan and don't know where to start then this is where to start. This site sells itself. Just say 34BD recommended you. Josie works in the office and is just the most loveliest, non pushy lady. If you are looking for affordable accommodation on this site then please contact me. Lovely place highly recommended 👌🏻 Stayed in a beautiful privately owned lodge, surrounded by beautiful countryside on a lovely, friendly, well looked after site.
