We were travelling to Dorset and wanted a halfway stop over near a pub. We found this place and were not disappointed. Dawn was welcoming and super friendly! We stayed on a Monday night out of school holidays, out of the around 18 pitches, 8 were occupied, so was peaceful. It was definitely child and dog friendly, and the little touches of balance bikes, kid play cars, music in the toilets, and a little shop were lovely. Yes the motorway is right next to the site, but you do not even notice it after a while, so for us was no issue at all. It was a little gem of a find and very family orientated. Would definitely visit again, and thank you for a lovely stay.

We have recently stayed at Paultons Campsite and had an absolutely fantastic experience. The location couldn't be more perfect—it's just opposite Peppa Pig World, making it incredibly convenient for families. In fact, it’s only a 10-minute walk away, which was a huge plus for us.The campsite itself is immaculate. From the moment we arrived, we noticed how clean and well-maintained everything was. The facilities are top-notch, including spotless restrooms, showers, and well-equipped communal areas. It’s clear that the owners take great pride in keeping the site in pristine condition.Speaking of the owners, they were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We had the pleasure of chatting with the owner, who was not only hospitable but also passionate about ensuring guests have a great stay. He was kind enough to give us a tour of their top-of-the-range caravan, which they also hire out. The caravan was stunning—modern, spacious, and equipped with all the amenities you could possibly need for a comfortable stay.Overall, Paultons Campsite exceeded all our expectations. Its proximity to Peppa Pig World, combined with the cleanliness of the site and the friendliness of the owner, made our trip truly enjoyable. We would highly recommend this campsite to anyone looking to visit the area. We will definitely be back!

We took our trailer tent and 3 kids here for the late May bank holiday and it was fabulous. It’s a small site, very well secured, peaceful and a short walk to Paultons theme park. The site is immaculate and toilet block and showers are clean and showers toasty hot, with a cooler block of showers for children. They really cater for children too with coupe cars and small balance bikes and well thought out play space in the middle of the site, the WiFi is included too which kept my bigger two entertained when the big Man City v United match was on! All you could need for a restful break with children big and small.

We stayed 2 nights at this lovely campsite, due to it's proximity to Paultons Park. This being our first glamping experience, I feel we have been spoiled as it was so lovely! The owners were amazing, and the amenities were excellent and so clean. There is outdoor space for the kids to play and they quickly made friends with others staying at the time. All in all, a very pleasant stay and would certainly return in the future. Thank you!

Really lovely site, excellent facilities, less than a mile to Paultons Park. Very pleasant stay, yes it is next to the motorway (behind hedges etc.) So a little noise but not intrusive. We all slept soundly, including our 3 children.
