Perfect place to get back to nature,beautiful scenery and plenty of space for tent camping and the children to run around and explore. I have visited here with my family twice and look forward to returning again. Very friendly owners extremely helpful. Highly recommended 👌

A lovely well kept field for pop up camping. Super easy to book beautiful scenery on the bank of the river severn. Running water on site alongside a compost toilet which is very well kept it has everything you need for a basic wild camping trip. Look forward to visiting again next season.

We had a great over night stay here , beautiful scenery so peaceful and relaxing. So much space it was great, our daughter brought a kite along and she was able to fly it during the evening which gave hours of fun even the cows came over to watch ☺️! Lots of wildlife about, spotted a hare, many different types of birds, butterfly's and we even herd the barn owls screeching for quiet sometime which was great. BBQs and camp fires are welcome we indulged in both being able to collect fire wood and toast marshmallows on the camp fire added to the experience for our daughter she loved it 🥰 . There's a huge space for parking, and a composting toilet which isn't as bad as it sounds. We ordered groceries a few days before arriving, which laura kindly collected and delivered to us on our arrival, lovely meats and eggs all from the local farm and butcher all at a reasonable cost. Laura and her husband (sorry your name escapes us) were lovely very welcoming, relaxed and informative couldn't ask for better hosts. 😊😍👌

What a beautiful spot! So lovely and quiet, a real break from the hustle and bustle of the city. The river view is spectacular and geographical its well placed to visit Gloucester City, the Forest of Dean and even the Spa town of Cheltenham. Easy to find but off the beaten track, the host was a delightful lady who bent over backwards to make us feel welcome and aware of the facilities and the amenities in the local area. Just a walk down the river and towards the village of Westbury on Severn we found a lovely little Pub the Lyon Inn, where the landlady made us super welcome, the menu was interesting and the food was a delight. We will be visiting again next year to get away from it all, what a brilliant hidden treasure!
